Denver Airport Shuttles to Aspen, Snowmass, and Copper are discontinued. Private shuttles are available to Copper Mountain and Asepn, and must be reserved in advance.
Due to security and check in procedures, all guests should plan on arriving at the airport at least 120 minutes prior to domestic flight departure times and 2.5 hours prior to international flight departure time. Schedules and rates are subject to change. Without advance reservations, Epic Mountain Express/ CME cannot guarantee the availability of shuttle services. Book reservations at least 48 hours prior to travel. Reservations made in the same day are subject to a $5/per person fee. Accepting reservations through 10/31/2024

THINGS TO REMEMBER WHEN TRAVELING WITH EPIC MOUNTAIN EXPRESS
- Please allow for at least 55 minutes between flight arrival into Denver International Airport and scheduled departure time of shuttle from Denver to resorts.
- After claiming your luggage, please check in at the Epic Mountain Express and CME service counter, located in the NE are of level 5 - near baggage carousel 12, door 512 on the west side of the airport./li>
- Upon arrival at Eagle Airport please check-in at the Epic Mountain Express counter located in the baggage claim area or by using remote check-in after landing.
- Check in by mobile phone may be available upon arrival if you've provided a valid mobile number and your flight is on time. Look for text messages for instructions.
- The times for departing the resorts (above) reflect the time the shuttle leaves the resort areas. When making your reservation, you will be given a specific pick-up time for your location.
- Schedules are subject to change. Without advance reservations, Epic Mountain Express cannot guarantee the availability of shuttle services. Book your reservation at least 48 hours prior to travel. Please call 970-754-7433 (SKI-RIDE).
- Airport concession fees may apply.
