Due to ongoing construction at DIA, Islands 1 and 2 on the East side of the terminal are currently closed.
This change primarily impacts private shuttle pickups for guests flying on airlines located on the East side (for example, Southwest, Frontier, Alaska, JetBlue, and American). For any guest scheduled on a private shuttle or SUV, our team will call them directly to confirm their updated pickup location.
This closure does not affect shared shuttle services.
Our pickup location is on the West side, outside Door 504 near Carousel 17.

Schedules are subject to change. Without advance reservations, Epic Mountain Express cannot guarantee the availability of shuttle services. Reservations made in the same day are subject to a $5/per person fee. Please note that there is a $10 cancellation fee for shuttle reservations canceled outside of 24 hours and a $75/vehicle cancellation fee for private rides canceled outside of 72 hours.
