Having trouble connecting to a Reservations Agent?
If you are looking for reservations and your travel is not in the next 48 hours, please email helpdesk@epicmountainexpress.com with name, mobile phone number, lodging and airport info, number of passengers, and complete flight information. We can set up a quote for an expedited booking process. Reservations Call Center hours are 7:35am - 6:15pm MST.
Effective April 11, 2023, the Epic Mountain Express service counter moves to level 5, West Side of Airport, near luggage carousel #12 and Door 512. Mobile check-in for shuttles is still available and not impacted by this move.
Please note: Transportation to/from Aspen, Snowmass, Basalt, Carbondale, and Glenwood Springs are no longer available.
Shared shuttle services are suspended to Copper Mountain, Blue River, Boreas Pass,and N. Silverthorne neighborhoods in Summit County.
- Private SUVs are available to Blue River and Copper Mountain locations
Healthy Travel
- All Epic Mountain Express employees complete a health screen daily for symptoms related to COVID-19, prior to beginning work.
- Please delay your trip if you are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19. For more information on these symptoms, please visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website.
- If you need assistance, Reservations Agents are available from 7:35 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. MST, by emailing HelpDesk@epicmountainexpress.com, or by webchat. You may also leave a voice message at 970-754-7433.
Schedules are subject to change. Without advance reservations, Epic Mountain Express cannot guarantee the availability of shuttle services. Reservations made in the same day are subject to a $5/per person fee. Please note that there is a $10 cancellation fee for shuttle reservations canceled outside of 24 hours and a $75/vehicle cancellation fee for private rides canceled outside of 72 hours.
