Schedules are subject to change. Without advance reservations, Epic Mountain Express cannot guarantee the availability of shuttle services. Reservations made in the same day are subject to a $5/per person fee. Please note that there is a $10 cancellation fee for shuttle reservations canceled outside of 24 hours and a $75/vehicle cancellation fee for private rides canceled outside of 72 hours. Airport Pickup Location Change – Effective Monday, May 4
Denver International Airport will close access to West Side Level 5, Islands 1 & 2 on Monday, May 4 for crosswalk construction.
During this closure:
- Drop‑offs will continue as normal until later in May, when the West Side curb fully closes.
- All shuttle pickups will move to East Side, Island 1 at Door 513 near Carousel 7.
- All SUV pickups will move to East Side, Island 2.
- Our counter location remains the same on Level 5, West side, near Door 512, Carousel 12.
If you’re collecting luggage:
- Baggage Claim 10–12: Use Door 513, Island 2
- Baggage Claim 14–16: Use East Terminal Door 511 (Baggage Claim 6), Island 2
- Baggage Claim 17–19: Use East Terminal Door 505 (Baggage Claim 3), Island 2
